Welcome to MeetreAI ("Service", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our Trello Power-Up and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using MeetreAI, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all users of the Service.

1.1 Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use MeetreAI
• You must have authority to bind your organization if using on behalf of a company
• You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• You must not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws

2. Service Description

MeetreAI is a premium AI-powered Trello Power-Up that transforms your workflow with AI-driven task generation, automation, and insights. The Service includes but is not limited to:

• Automation Engine: Set rules for auto-assignment, priority boosting, and smart labeling
• AI Task Generator: Create context-aware tasks, checklists, and dependencies
• Team Collaboration Hub: Monitor workload, balance assignments, and track performance
• Deep Analytics Dashboard: Gain insights into completion trends, overdue tasks, and productivity bottlenecks
• Bulk Card Enhancement: Auto-generate descriptions, priorities, and due dates

2.1 Service Availability

We strive to provide 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

3. User Accounts and Authorization

3.1 Trello Authorization

MeetreAI requires authorization to access your Trello account. By authorizing, you grant us permission to:

• Read and write data on boards where MeetreAI is installed
• Create, update, and manage cards on your behalf
• Access board and card metadata
• Read member information for assignment purposes

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Trello account and any actions taken through MeetreAI. You must notify us immediately at hello@meetreai.com of any unauthorized access or security breaches.

3.3 Account Termination

You may revoke MeetreAI's access at any time through Trello's Power-Up settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

4.1 Permitted Uses

You may use MeetreAI for:

• Legitimate business and personal productivity purposes
• Meeting transcription and task management
• Team collaboration and project management
• Analytics and reporting

4.2 Prohibited Uses

You must NOT use MeetreAI to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Upload malicious content, viruses, or malware
• Harass, threaten, or harm others
• Upload illegal, obscene, or inappropriate content
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or compromise the Service
• Use automated tools to access the Service (scraping, bots)
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
• Process audio containing private information without consent
• Exceed reasonable usage limits or abuse API quotas

5. Data and Privacy

5.1 Data Collection

We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy. This includes Trello board data, audio files, and usage information.

5.2 Data Ownership

You retain all rights to your data. We do not claim ownership of any content you upload or create using MeetreAI.

5.3 Data Retention

• Audio files: Deleted within 24 hours after processing
• Transcriptions: Stored as long as associated Trello cards exist
• Analytics data: Retained for 12 months
• Account data: Deleted within 30 days of account termination

5.4 Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS/TLS 1.3 encryption, secure data storage, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Rights

MeetreAI, including its software, algorithms, design, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary technology.

6.2 Your Rights

You retain all rights to content you create using MeetreAI. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service.

6.3 Trademarks

"MeetreAI" and related logos are trademarks. You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent.

7. Third-Party Services

7.1 Trello Integration

MeetreAI operates as a Trello Power-Up and is subject to Trello's Terms of Service. We are not responsible for Trello's availability or functionality.

7.2 AI Services

We use third-party AI services (OpenAI, Google Cloud) for transcription and analysis. These providers have their own terms and privacy policies.

7.3 External Links

MeetreAI may contain links to external websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites.

8. Fees and Payment

8.1 Free Tier

MeetreAI currently offers a free tier with usage limits. We reserve the right to introduce paid plans in the future.

8.2 Usage Limits

Free tier limits include:

• Up to 100 hours of audio processing per month
• Up to 1,000 AI-generated cards per month
• Standard analytics (no historical data beyond 3 months)

8.3 Future Pricing

If we introduce paid plans, we will provide 30 days' notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of new pricing.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

9.1 Service "As Is"

9.2 AI Accuracy

While we strive for high accuracy, AI-generated transcriptions and action items may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content.

9.3 Limitation of Liability

9.4 Force Majeure

We are not liable for failures or delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet outages, or third-party service failures.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MeetreAI, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any laws or third-party rights
• Content you upload or create using the Service
• Unauthorized use of your account

11. Modifications to Service and Terms

11.1 Service Changes

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of MeetreAI at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for material changes.

11.2 Terms Updates

We may update these Terms periodically. We will notify you of significant changes via:

• Email to registered users
• Notice within the Trello Power-Up
• Update to the "Last Updated" date above

Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with changes, you must stop using the Service.

12. Termination

12.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your use of MeetreAI at any time by:

• Removing the Power-Up from your Trello boards
• Revoking authorization in Trello settings
• Contacting hello@meetreai.com to request data deletion

12.2 Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Abuse or overload the Service
• Fail to pay fees (if applicable)

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your access to MeetreAI will be revoked immediately
• Your data will be deleted within 30 days (see Data Retention policy)
• Sections of these Terms that should survive (e.g., Limitation of Liability) will remain in effect

13. Dispute Resolution

13.1 Governing Law
