• Never shared with third parties except for processing

• Analytics: Anonymous usage statistics (no personal identification)
• No Advertising: We do not use cookies for advertising purposes

9. Children's Privacy

MeetreAI is not intended for users under 16 years of age, consistent with Atlassian's platform requirements. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.

10. International Data Transfers

Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your residence. We ensure adequate protection through:

12. Trello Platform Compliance

MeetreAI is a Trello Power-Up built on the Atlassian/Trello platform. As required by Trello's Power-Up developer terms:

• This Power-Up accesses Trello user data (board names, card content, member usernames) solely to provide its advertised AI features.
• We do not sell, rent, or license Trello user data to any third party.
• Trello user data is not used for advertising or marketing purposes unrelated to MeetreAI.
• Authentication tokens are stored exclusively in Trello's own encrypted Power-Up storage — we do not retain Trello OAuth tokens on our servers.
• Users can revoke MeetreAI's access at any time by removing the Power-Up from their Trello board or by using the "Disconnect" option inside the Power-Up settings.
• Upon removal, any associated user data stored by MeetreAI is deleted within 30 days.
• MeetreAI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Atlassian or Trello.

Our Trello API key (3733520c1399f0561faf2e94c696fe3c) is registered with Atlassian and used exclusively to access the Trello REST API on behalf of authenticated users.
